Found as a bare shell in a factory outside Germany and rebuilt to the owner's brand: full black finish with a red wheat pattern, twin pinsa ovens and two large serving hatches. Roman pinsa dough — wheat, rice and soy flour, 72-hour cold fermentation, pressed by hand. The unit works Munich markets and street-food nights through the week and weddings, office parties, festivals and film sets at the weekend.
